South Bayou Public Access-
Access- On the east side of Lakeshore Drive where it crosses the South Bayou channel. Cement ramp with two docks. Limited parking.
Restrictions- no power loading, no cocking in launch ramp, do not block road
Ecosystem- inland lake mostly surrounded by private properties

Fishing- Hamlin Lake - black crappie, bluegill, brook trout, channel catfish, largemouth bass, muskellunge, northern pike, rock bass, smallmouth bass, sunfish, walleye, yellow perch (list from lake-link.com)

There are picnic tables and grills. Fixed benches face the bayou.

Ecosystem- small bayou with access to large-size inland lake (Hamlin)
Other points of interest- Hamlin Lake connects with Ludington State Park and Nordhouse Dunes. Long Skinny Park is 0.25 miles north.
