Summit Township Park 
This small park is a great place to have a picnic, and swim in Lake Michigan.
There are picnic tables and grills in the shade, a sandy beach, and other facilities. Dogs are allowed on leash. You'll find people swimming most any summer day!

Access- Paved parking at the end of Summit Lake Rd.
Restrictions- Park closes at dusk or 10 pm and gated. Dogs must be leashed, pick up after them. No camping. No glass containers on beach.
Grades- steep climb to and from the beach. Picnic tables are near the level of the parking.
Ecosystem- Lake Michigan beach dune with grassy area at top, wooded edge
Additional Facilities- Small town services in Pentwater- 6 miles south
